In 2019, Lou was invited by Louisiana State University’s College of Art + Design to lead a new, multi-disciplinary graduate seminar on the implications of ongoing changes in healthcare delivery for students in design, management , business, sociology and law.

Lou received a BA degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
